Ingredients: Botanical, Coconut Milk, Essential Oils, Epson Salt, & Pink Himalayan Salt.
Directions:
For a standard bath tub pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup into running water. Ensure salt is dissolved by stirring water with your hand. Allow botanical to float. For maximum benefits soak for 20 - 30 minutes.
Helpful Tips for Self-care:
Focus on clearing the mind. Try inhaling and exhaling. Softly repeat your mantras.
Listen to soothing music to calm your mind.
Foot Soak- allow to seep in warm water, place feet into tube, soak for 20 minutes.

Once processed your order is shipped Monday through Friday using the United States Postal Service (USPS) . In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. Once items are shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
