MySistaShea believes that beautiful hair and skin can be achieved using all natural and organic ingredients. Our products are pure, natural and safe for all.

MySistaShea is a black woman owned company that creates natural skin care, and hair care products without harsh chemicals. Our company uses natural butters, organic essential oils, pure plant extracts, and high quality fragrance blends to craft hydrating products for all skin types.

We are a family brand. Our mother Robin started this journey with creating hair butters as she sufferer’s with dermatitis. After trying several products that didn’t work and contained ingredients that were way too harsh we decided to create our own.

MySistaShea is a line that has all the qualities we were looking for in a natural product. Our handmade line repairs , replenish, revitalizes skin and hair without harsh chemicals.

Items take 5-7 business days. This includes processing and shipping items. Our business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

No we do not do any returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an item arrive damaged, within 72 hours of receiving the package please email us at mysistashea@gmail.com with your order number and a image of the item. Orders past the 72 hour mark will not be eligible for replacement.

No. Our products contains no dyes, preservatives, or any unnecessary ingredients

Currently USPS shipments are delayed. Please allow time for them to deliver your package in a timely manner. Also please be mindful once we ship your package through the USPS we have no control over the status of your expected delivery date. If orders are lost or stolen please file a claim with USPS.

We recommend waiting 24 hours to see if your order will be delivered the next day, or contacting your local post office for delivery inquiries. If you don’t haven’t received items 48 hours after delivery notification file a claim with USPS.

Our product are crafted with natural butters and oils. Store items in a cool dry area, away from direct sunlight, cold, or heat.

We can not control temperatures during delivery. If products soften or melt during delivery allow 24 hours to item to solidify .
