Processing & Shipping Policy

We ask for a minimum of 2 business days for processing orders.

Once processed your order is shipped Monday through Friday using the United States Postal Service (USPS) . In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday.  Once items are shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

 *Please note that processing time is an "additional" time frame separate from your shipping method of choice. Business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.  MySistaShea does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

WRONG ADDRESS

We are not liable for any undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address. Please check your address to confirm it is correct before ordering. In the event that your address is incorrect you will be charged to re-pay the shipping fee. Your new delivery will be shipped once USPS returns the previous order undeliverable.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days at mysistashea@gmail.com. Please allow 24 hours to response. Once photos of a damaged item/package are received, we will ship a replacement item to you.
